Seaview AFH LLC is a licensed adult family home in West Seattle, WA 98136, near Alki and Lincoln Park. We provide compassionate assisted living support in a cozy home setting, including 24-hour supervision, medication management, and help with bathing, dressing, transfers, and incontinence care.
We offer dementia/Alzheimer’s care, respite stays, and hospice/end-of-life support. We coordinate with families and healthcare providers, with home doctor visits plus PT/OT and home health nurse visits as needed. Furnished rooms (TV & Wi-Fi), wheelchair access, an ADA-accessible private bathroom, nutritious meals, housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, and family support are all available.
